You'll move with intention to improve alignment, increase useful range of motion, and build strength in a way that feels grounded. Expect to walk away feeling more connected – in both body and mind.
Sukha Hybrid
Sukha Hybrid gives you the perfect taste of both Sukha Yoga and the Nordic experience for a well rounded recovery day. We will spend the first half of class diving into functional movement and mobility, while the second portion of class is spent in the restore facility working through breath techniques that help you manage and regulate your nervous system.
