You can only train as hard as you recover! Our facility includes a wood-fired community sauna built by Timber Sauna Company, as well as (4) commercial-grade cold tub plunges.
We provide the recovery tools to show up daily from Oceanfoam foam rollers, Normatec boots, and Theragun/Hypervolt massage guns. Feel free to use this space before or after your workout!

The Sukha Lifestyle Membership gives you unlimited access to the core modalities that support the full Sukha experience. This includes coach-led strength sessions, Open Gym for self-paced training, and our weekly Run Club to complement your fitness routine. Members also enjoy access to the Restore Facility, featuring our community sauna and cold plunges, as well as the Recovery Loft with essential recovery tools. Additional benefits include all-levels yoga classes and exclusive community events designed to support connection, consistency, and longevity.
To apply for membership, you must first complete our First Timer: 3-Credit Package. These three coach-led sessions ensure you experience our coaching, programming, and community before committing. Once you’ve completed your sessions, you can submit a Membership Application. Our team will review your application, confirm availability in your preferred training days and times, and follow up with next steps.
This is to make sure Sukha is the right fit for you. Before committing to a 2-month membership, we want you to experience a variety of sessions and offerings so you can get a feel for what we have to offer before jumping in!
The application ensures there’s enough availability for all current members and helps maintain the quality of the community. It also ensures you can train at your preferred times without taking spots from others and that you’ll get the full Sukha experience.
Yes, we have a 2- month minimum commitment.
Nope! There are no hidden fees. Membership is a monthly recurring fee with a 2-month commitment.
Memberships can be frozen for a minimum of 1 week and a maximum of 3 months. For pregnancy, memberships may be frozen for up to 6 months to accommodate this special period.
You’re welcome to freeze your membership with a maximum total freeze time of three months. Unsure how much freeze time you’ve used? Just ask, we’re happy to check for you!

Our application process helps us maintain high-quality sessions and ensure our current members can consistently train at their preferred times. By managing capacity intentionally, we’re able to protect the experience, coaching attention, and sense of community that make Sukha special, without overcrowding classes or limiting access.
If your preferred training times are currently full, you may be placed on a waitlist. Waitlist spots are offered as availability opens based on membership changes and capacity adjustments. While on the waitlist, we’ll keep you informed and reach out as soon as space becomes available. This ensures fairness while maintaining the quality and consistency of our sessions for all members.
