Private Training is an exclusive "one on one" training experience with an assigned coach. Semi-Private Training is a small-group training experience with 2–4 members. We limit the number for Semi-Private Training to 4 members to ensure the best experience for every individual!
Every individual has unique goals and experience levels. During your initial session with our Director of Private Training, we’ll review your goals, fitness background, and any injury or modification history. From there, we’ll create a fully customized training plan, including recommended training frequency, tailored specifically to your needs.
Every Private or Semi-Private training session will last for 60 minutes. Please realize that sessions start promptly on the hour. Any spillover will be self-led, (pending space/availability), as other sessions will be starting and we want to ensure a premium experience for every member!
All sessions are scheduled directly with your Sukha Head Coach, based on your availability and the availability of our Private Training Studio.
All members and class credit package holders receive unlimited individual access to our contrast therapy amenities, including our wood-burning community sauna and cold plunges, before or after sessions.
All session cancellations must be made at least 8 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 8 hours or no-shows will result in a charge or deduction from your package. All cancellations must be communicated directly with the Sukha Head Coach the session was scheduled with.
